BEEZUP is a UAE-licensed digital marketing and web management company, operating under a RAKEZ Media License. Our licensed activities include:

Media Web Design and Management
Online Interactive Agency Services
Media Software Development and System Integration

We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools, digital campaign resources, and managed marketing utilities to freelance marketers and business users via a monthly membership model.

The BEEZUP platform, accessible via https://beezup.ae, operates as a subscription-based digital marketing and media service. Through this platform, members gain access to affiliate marketing tools, curated promotional campaign opportunities, supporting templates, strategy guides and onboarding materials, and proprietary web-based software utilities.

This platform does not offer structured educational programs or training services. Any support content (templates, strategy guides, or onboarding materials) is provided solely to facilitate platform usage and performance marketing execution.

The $9.99/month subscription fee is paid in exchange for ongoing digital marketing services — including access to private affiliate campaigns, promotional tools, curated content, and strategic support — all delivered through our proprietary platform under an authorized media license.

By accessing or subscribing to the BEEZUP platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Description

Beezup offers a proprietary digital platform for affiliate and performance marketers to access:

Web-based promotional tools and campaign templates
Community-based knowledge and collaboration spaces
Access to early-stage promotional offers (pre-approved campaigns)
Automation utilities and guidance materials to assist users

This is not an educational or certification program. Any materials provided are supportive documentation to facilitate use of our tools and platform features.

2. Membership & Billing

Monthly subscription: $9.99 USD via Stripe
Payment grants access to the platform’s media tools and services
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user
No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has begun, unless required by UAE law

3. Legal Nature of Payments

Payments made to BEEZUP represent compensation for access to our proprietary, subscription-based digital marketing infrastructure. This includes curated affiliate campaign data, promotional media tools, marketing automation features, and strategic content — all delivered through a private SaaS platform, fully compliant with our authorized UAE media license.

BEEZUP does not act as an intermediary or broker between affiliates and businesses, nor do we facilitate or transfer commissions. All services are rendered directly to the subscribing user as part of an ongoing, media-based marketing support model.

4. Intellectual Property

All tools, resources, templates, visuals, and documents provided via the platform are owned by BEEZUP. Usage rights are granted only to active subscribers.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Use platform content outside the scope of personal/professional marketing
Re-sell or white-label access to the platform
Copy or reverse engineer platform technology

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
